• Forged alloy steel body with added chromium, molybdenum, and manganese for maximum fatigue strength and durability.

• An alloy steel pin case hardened and coated with DLC (diamond like carbon) on the wear surface. DLC is a micron thin layer of tribologically advantageous hard carbon that minimizes friction and provides maximum protection against abrasive wear and scuffing

• Roller is high carbon steel with precision tapered crown with a n ultra-fine surface finished OD for maximum longevity in demanding applications.

• Bushings in (437-3861 and 437-3869) rocker arms are bi-metal with steel backing and copper-lead-tin alloy for optimized load acceptance and foreign particle embeddability.

Every Rocker Arm Arrives in IPD’s Innovative and Protective Packaging
This packaging features recyclable green plastic that cradles the rocker arm assembly and protects against damage. The case can be reused to hold screws, nuts, bolts and other small components.
