Cylinder Liners by IPD
IPD offers a full range of induction-hardened cylinder liners. IPD was the first aftermarket company to develop Induction Heat-Treated cylinder liners. IPD liners became known as the “hard-liners” and have a track record of extended durability. One of our IPD patented products is our original IPD Crevice Seal Style liners for Caterpillar® 3400 Series and C15 engines. These crevice seal liners offer a wider rectangular seal in addition to the two o-ring seals reducing the amount of cylinder liner movement and decreasing o-ring failure. IPD’s cylinder kits are available for Caterpillar®, Cummins®, Detroit Diesel®, and Waukesha® engines and includes: pistons, rings, pins, and retainers in addition to the cylinder liner.
